How it all started...
In 1999, Jay and Darlene married. They both felt a call to missions. After many years in church ministries, God spoke that they would be local missionaries. In 2008 God began to develop the vision, mission, and infrastructure of the ministry. Since then Jay and Darlene have led many different community outreaches and outreach festivals. In 2014, they both became ordained ministers. Then in 2017, Encounter Outreach Ministries was officially launched with the desire for all to encounter God's presence in all aspects of life through the ministries described in this brochure. We would love for you to join us so we can continue this story of seeing lives changed by encountering Jesus.
Expanding the vision...
Through our five stated ministries, we want everyone to encounter God in their lives through salvations, healings, deliverance, and miracles. When we are touched by Jesus, we are never the same. Join us and lets change the world for Jesus!
Where we are headed...
Our God given vision and dream is to plant EOM throughout the world to help the local church win more souls for JESUS. In addition, we plan to send out missionaries throughout the world after an extensive class study and hands-on-training and then accumulating with ordination and commissioning.
